CLEAN COAL TECHNOLOGY AS MAIN SUPPORT FOR CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF COAL INDUSTRY

煤炭未来还将是中国主要能源。洁净煤技术是煤炭工业可持续发展的重要支柱。煤炭工业可持续发展的工程技术体系可考虑以洁净煤技术为核心，通过发展优质煤工程、煤化工工程、高洁净燃烧与坑口电站工程和洁净矿区工程，并以这４项工程的适当组合形成煤炭综合发展基地。发展洁净煤技术要求转变观念、以相应法律为后盾并制定配套的政策。

In China, the coal as a main energy will not be changed in future. Clean coal technology is a main support for continued development of coal industry. A system of clean coal engineering and technology can be considered as follows; the clean coal technology as a center, developing the technologies and engineering which are including the coal preparation, coal chemistry, high efficiency and clean combustion in mine mouth power station and clean coal mine areas. And a comprehensive development base of coal utilization will be formed through certain combination of these technology and engineering as mentioned above. The concept should be changed and the policies based on the correponding law should be laid down for development of clean coal technology are discussed in this paper.
