Optimal Inventory Policy with Stochastic Demand

市场环境的变化导致零售商对仓库中产品需求量也随之变化.针对此类问题提出一个最优化库存模型,使得仓库中的库存总成本最小.对于库存模型中某一阈值,若库存量低于阈值,则采用标准的(s,S)策略进行正常订货,求得库存总成本最小.若库存量高于阈值,在模型中采用推销策略将积压的产品推销出去,使得库存成本下降,求得库存总成本最小.

Changing of market environment brought about its product demand in the warehouse. The paper provides an optimal inventory model to solve this problem, which makes inventory total cost minimize. It is shown that there is a threshold in the inventory model like that if stocks are below threshold, then using standard （s, S） policy to order; if stocks are above threshold, then using promotional policy to promote overstocks＇ product, which makes inventory cost go down and get minimal inventory total cost.
