摘要
文章介绍了一种应用光学投影放大原理的光学投影系统,使用此系统可以把彩色编码图投射到被测物体的表面,用于三维物体的测量。该系统与传统投影仪成像原理不同,首先用照相机拍摄彩色编码图,然后将底片通过反置相同的照相物镜,投射到被测物体表面;实验结果表明,采用此方法可以很好地消除畸变,满足成像质量的要求。
An optical projection system using the amplifying principle of optical projection is introduced. It can project a colour coding picture onto the surface of the measured material for 3D measurement. A way of eliminating distortion well is presented,which is different from the imagery principle of the traditional projection instrument. First,a camera is used to take a colour coding picture, then the photographic plate is taken through the same camera lens and projected onto the surface of the measured body. The experimental result shows that using the method, distortion can be eliminated well and the requirements in imagery quality be met.
