光源对掺铁TiO_2纳米粉体催化活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以共沸蒸馏法制备出结晶完整、分散性好、平均粒径为5nm左右以及掺Fe3+量为0.1%的TiO2纳米粉体,通过XRD和TEM分析方法对晶体的物相和粒径进行了表征;通过在不同光源下催化降解水杨酸溶液,对其光催化活性及影响因素进行了分析;实验结果表明:掺Fe3+量为0.1%的TiO2纳米粉体在日光下的光催化活性较高。 The TiO2 nanometer powders doped with Fe3+of 0. 1% were synthesized by the azeotropic distillation method. The obtained particles were well-crystallized ,the degree of dispersion was satisfying,and the average size of particles was about 5 nm. The crystal phase composition and the particle size were characterized by XRD and TEM. The photocatalytic activity and the influencing factors were studied through degrading salicylic acid in the different lights. The experimental results show that the photocatalytic activity of the obtained Fe^3+-doped TiO2 nanometer powder is higher in the sunlight.
