摘要
以钛酸四丁脂为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2纳米粉体.在制备过程中,抑制剂HNO3的加入可有效地降低TiO2纳米粒子的粒径.利用XRD、TEM等分析测试手段对制备的TiO2粉体的晶相组成、晶体形貌进行了表征,研究了热处理温度对TiO2纳米粒子晶体结构和光催化性能的影响,同时讨论了纳米TiO2粉体重复使用对降解的影响.
Nanosized TiO2 powder is prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OBu)4 as the forerunner. The size of nanoparticle can be diminished by adding the HNO3 as inhibitor. By means of XRD and TEM, the composition and morphology of the crystal phase of TiO2 nanoparticle is characterized and the influence of heat-treatment temperature on the crystalline structure and photocatalytic performance of the nanoparticles of TiO2 is also investigated. Meantime, the influence of repeated use of TiO2 powder on their degradation is discussed, also.
