摘要
本文采用红外光谱法对一类由浮油沥青、木素混合液、菜油沥青、粗塔尔油4种下脚料与残渣DZ合成新型油类粘结剂─TD系列粘结剂进行结构表征。通过基团特征频率吸光度比值的统计分析,发现其比值与粘结剂主要性能之间存在着很好的相关规律。根据这个规律,设计合成出一系列满足不同工艺要求的产品,这些产品的性能均达到或超过QB522─66合脂粘结剂。文中还较详细地对比了新型和常规粘结剂的各项性能并列出TD系列粘结剂的技术指标。
This paper presents that the infrared spectrometry was employed to one of characteristics of the structure of TD binders, a new type of core oil, all of which are synthesized by four remnants of tall oil pitch, lignin mixed liquor, rape-seed oil pitch, crude tall oil and residual DZ. By statistical analysis to absorbance ratio of group characteristic frequency, it is discovered that the good relative rule consist in the ratio and binder chief properties. A series of products required to various techniques are designed and synthesized by the direction of this rule. All of the properties of these products had run to or over QB 522-66 synthetic fat binder. In this paper, each term of properties makes more detailed comparison between the new and normal binder, and binder specifications of TD series are shown also.
