摘要
讨论了由含有羧基等多官能团的下脚料─木素混合液、菜油沥青与含有多羟基的残渣DZ进行反应得到TD_2粘结剂的反应机理。该反应本质上是由低分子化合物转变为高分子化合物的过程,主要是羧基和羟基发生脱水成酯的缩聚反应。在烘干8温度(220~250℃)下,粘结剂分子内羧基和羟基官能团之间继续发生反应,使线型聚合物变成网状体型聚合物,从而获得粘结强度。TD_2粘结剂发气成份色─质谱分析结果表明,符合环保要求。
The TD_2 binder has been synthesized by lignin mixed liquor and rape-seed oil pitch which contains functional groups of carboxy and residual DZ which contains hydroxies. The synthesis reaction , in essense, is a process of polycondensation resulted in forming ester and changing lowmolecular compounds into high molecular compounds. At the stoving temperature the reactions among the functional groups carboxy and hydroxy of binder makes line-type polymers into network polymers leading bonding strength. GC/MS analysis shaws that produce gaseous componemts of TD2 binder meet the demand for environmental protection.
