研究影响我国竞技体育后备人才资源开发的因素,结果表明:制度环境、目标发展、训练输送、社会保障、人力资源、项目布局等是影响后备人才资源开发的主要因素,基层训练体系受到冲击和削弱、后备人才输送渠道不畅、输送难等是制约后备人才资源开发的主要问题。

The factors influencing the exploitation of China＇s competitive sports reserve talents resource were studied. The result showed that the system environment, goal development, training transportation, social security, human resource and items distribution are the main factors influencing the exploitation of China＇s competitive sports reserve talents resource. Root training system＇ being interfered and weakened, the transportation iam of reserve talents and the difficulty in lawsuit are the main problems restricting the exploitation.
