摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、个案分析法等研究方法,对辽宁省14个城市大众体育活动的管理体制及运行机制等特色进行调查和分析,认为主要特色是具有完善的组织机构,独特的横向、纵向沟通机制,积极有效的群众体育激励机制等。
Applying the methods of literature study, interviews, questionnaire and case-study, the author investigated and analyzed the characteristics of the administrative system and operational mechanism of mass sport in 14 cities of Liaoning Province. It was pointed out that perfect organization, unique transverse and lengthways communication mechanism and effective stimulation mechanism of mass sport were the main characteristics.
