摘要
介绍了从日本引进的HS610U-M高强钢的化学成分、力学性能等基本特征;对其作为压力管道焊接用钢板进行了焊接性分析,确定了合理的焊接工艺;阐述了控制焊接质量的工艺要点,该工艺在生产实际中获得了满意的效果。
In the paper,the essential features of HS610U-M high-strength steel imported from Japan are introduced,the welding performance of it being as welding plate of pressure pipeline is analyzed,and the rational welding process is confirmed,which is available in practice.
