浅述了VAST4型四鼓成型机和MMTR3型成型机的结构和电气控制性能。着重描述了这2种成型机的机械结构特点、伺服控制系统、定中纠偏系统和超声波裁刀控制系统对轮胎成型工艺、设备机械特性和设备维护的影响。
Briefly introduced the structure and the property of electric control of VAST4 4-drum building machine and MMTR3 building machine, including servo control system, centering and ultrasonic cutting control system, which can affect the tire building process, equipment performance and equipment maintenance.
