Tissues culture of Allium fistulosum stem tips

以离体的大蒜茎尖为培养材料,对培养基、激素水平及培养方法进行实验,结果显示:以B5培养基为基本培养基,激素水平以6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.25mg/L对不定芽的诱导有明显效果,光照处理和温度处理对不定芽的诱导影响不明显。

As the tips of Alliurn fistalosurn stems separte from maternal plant for culture , experimenting with the culure base ,hormone level and culture method. The fact shows that：on the ground of culture base B5 as a primary culture base and 6- BA 1.0 mg/L ＋ 2,4-D 0.25 mg/L as hormone level , the induction of adventitious buds has obvious results, while the process of illumination and temperatare has no obvious effect on the induction of advertitious buds.
