高校统计是掌握高校情况,制定教育政策,编制教育发展规划的客观依据。高校教学评估是促进高校学科建设,专业结构调整和改善办学条件的重要手段。高校教育统计与高校评估要有机结合,为高校的发展和建设提供综合决策平台。
College statistics is the objective foundation of mastering college's affairs, making educational policies and working out educational development programs. College teaching assessment is an important approach to promoting adjustment of the structures of college disciplines and improving teaching conditions. College educational statistics and teaching assessment should be advanced together so as to provide a comprehensive policy-making platform for the college's development and construction.
