This paper introduced the history of 6σ manage ment system and its springing up trend in the world wide. 6σ management system＇s management philosophy is： taking custom need as center of all work, setting up forceful band, clear goal and plan, attaching importance to process control, using statistic implements widely, and combining other management methods organlly.Though our companies still cannot apply 6o＇system widely because of some reasons the writer given, its pursuing optimal work quality and building up continue renovation spirit deserve our study.
