摘要 本文以一个熟悉中国国情的管理顾问的视角,探索了价值工程在我国的推广应用步履维艰的原因,并指明了价值工程是各种思维方法,经营、管理方法中最适合我国不同发展阶段的企业需求的管理工具,其对策中着重指出了政府与各界鼎力相助,以及主要借助于管理顾问公司介入价值工程推广应用的重要性。 This article focuses on researching after the reasons why it is difficult to popularize the application of Value Engineering in China's Mainland from the point view of a management consultant who is familiar with the situation of the country. The author clearly points out that, out of the various operational and managing measures, Value Engineering is the most suitable managing tool for the requirement of enterprises in China at different developing stages. For strategy, the author emphasizes on the support from the government and all industries and the importance of involvement of management consulting companies in promoting and popularizing the application of Value Engineering.
