摘要
本文重点分析了面向信息化管理的企业流程再造策略,并提供了不同阶段的企业信息化管理对策。
In this paper we made emphasis on analyzing the strategy of BPR for enterprises to realize their informatization management and provided the countermeasures during different procedures of informatization management of enterprises.
