本文从战略信息系统的定义出发,分析战略信息系统的应用是实现差别化战略的有效途径。即通过战略信息系统的先进技术特点和独特的功能特点来实现差别化,以使企业在获得宝贵的信息和做出战略决策方面领先于其他同类企业,占得先机,进而令企业获得持续的发展。

this paper, beginning with the definition of strategy information system, think that application of the strategy information system is a good way to perform differentiation strategy: by technological and functional character the enterprise can do better than other same ones in reception of information and decision of strategy, which make it developed smoothly.
