客户忠诚的重要性正被越来越多的企业所认识。对于网络来讲,客户忠诚更为重要,因为登录网站的主动权掌握在客户手里。本文通过论证客户忠诚的决定因素,并结合三级关系营销方法,提出了客户忠诚理论模型。并探讨了三级关系营销方法在建立网上客户忠诚的运用,以此指导网站建设。
Today,Customers have the world at their fingertips and keeping them loyal is very difficult.More and more enterprises have recognized the importance of customer loyalty.
