子宫内膜及子宫动脉血流与妊娠结局的关系 被引量:2

The relationship between endometrium,uterine artery flow and the outcome of pregnancy

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜厚度、结构及子宫动脉血流速度(V)、血流阻力(RI)与妊娠结局的关系。方法应用阴道B超测定66例妊娠妇女和42例不孕妇女子宫内膜厚度、结构及子宫动脉血流V、RI。结果妊娠组子宫内膜平均厚度明显高于不孕组(P<0.05),且子宫内膜结构明显优于不孕组,子宫动脉血流V高于不孕组(P<0.05),R12组无明显差异。结论阴道超声测定子宫内膜厚度、结构及子宫动脉血流速度对预测妊娠结局有重要意义。 Obective To investigate the relationship between endometrial thickness and structure,uterine artery flow velocimetry and resistant index and the outcome of pregnancy. Methods The endometrial thickness and structure and uterine artery flow V, Pd of 66 fertile women and 42 infertile women were measured by transvaginal ultrasound. Results The mean endometrial thickness is significantly higher and the structure is obviously better than that of the infertile control ( P 〈 0.05 ). Moreover, uterine artery flow velocimetry is prior to the inferticity ( P 〈 0.05 ). There's no significant difference in R] between the two groups. Conclusion We can predict the pregnant outcome by the observation of endometrial thickness and structure.uterine artery flow velocimetrv.
