摘要
介绍了采用RS485接口进行远距离串行通讯的原理,并给出了基于该原理的硬件实现电路,实现了对数控机床的通讯模块化改造;同时,为保证数据的可靠传输,针对通讯过程中可能出现的问题提出了相应的合理解决办法。该系统采用高级语言VC设计上位机程序和汇编语言设计下位机程序,实现PC机和单片机的通讯。
This article introduces the principle of remote serial communication by RS--485 series interface and the corresponding hardware configuration which can fulfill the communication function of the system.This system achieves the communication modularization of the CNC machine tools.At the same time, in order to ensure the reliability in the transmission, contraposing the problems possibly appeared in communication procedure, some rational resolvents are given in order to keep the data transmitted exactly. The system adopts the advanced language VC and assembled language to Implement the communication programming design between PC and single chip microcontroller.
