摘要
离心风机滚动轴承常因振动异常、轴承温升过高而出现事故。通过监测轴承振动、转速和温度等信号,快速、准确地进行数据处理和事故分析,将分析结果以各种图谱显示出来,并将其数据值信号特征传递给故障诊断系统,从而实现预测维修。
Failure of rolling bearing of centrifugal fans is often caused by abnormal vibration and over-heat of the bearing. By monitoring signals of vibration, rotary speed and temperatures of the bearing, the possibility of failure is fast and accurately analyzed and expressed by sorts of plot. Thereby reasonable maintenance is obtained with the help of the fault diagnosis system.
