小直径筒体全熔透焊缝焊接方法比较

摘要 以焊条电弧焊(SMAW)、埋弧焊(SAW)、钨极气体保护焊(GTAW)和熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)四种通用焊接方法为例,从生产率、实现焊接质量的难度、劳动强度、技术先进性和经济效益等方面对小直径钢筒体的全熔透焊缝进行了比较。结果表明GMAW具有最强的竞争力,SAW对厚壁筒最合适,GTAW的缺点是熔敷效率太低,而传统的SMAW在较长期内仍不会被完全淘汰。 Taking the following current weldig methods as examples which are SMAW,SAW,GTAW and GMAW,this paper make a comparison to the full penetration weld for the small diameter steel drum from the productivity,the labor intensity,the economic benefits and so on. The result is that the GMAW has largest application extent ,SAW is suitable to thick-wall drum,the fault of the GTAW is that its deposition rate is too low,but the traditional SMAW can't be fully fall into disuse.
