掺钕聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的光谱性质

摘要 研究了三价钕离子在钕螯合物掺杂的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中的吸收光谱和发射光谱。根据Judd-Ofelt理论,从吸收光谱计算了钕离子在PMMA中的光学跃迁的强度参量Ω2、Ω4和Ω6(Ω2=28.99×10-20cm2,Ω4=5.29×10-20cm2,Ω6=3.82×10-20cm2)。用强度参量计算了钕离子激发态(4F3/2)的辐射跃迁几率(2221.54s-1)和辐射寿命(450.14μs),同时计算了4F3/2→4IJ',跃迁的受激发射截面σij和荧光分支比β。分析表明,Nd(DBM)3Phen掺杂的PMMA可望用于激光放大器件。 Absorption and emission spectra of Nd^3+ ions in Nd(DBM)3Phen-doped polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) have been investigated. Based on Judd -Ofelt theory, the optical intensity parameters were calculated to be Ω2=28.99×10^-20 cm^2,Ω4=5.29×10^-20 cm^2,Ω6=3.82×10^-20 cm^2 from the absorption spectrum of Nd( DBM)3Phen-doped polymethyl methacrylate. The optical intensity parameters have been used to calculate the radiative transition rate (2221.54 s^-1) and radiative lifetime (450.14 μs) of the ^4F3/2 exciting state. The stimulated emission cross-sections σij and the fluorescence branch ratios β for the ^4F3/2 →^4IJ′, transitions were also calculated. Analysis reveals that Nd(DBM)3Phen-doped PMMA is promising for application in optical amplifier devices.
