摘要
采用热等压技术将Tc4、HA、BGC以30∶35∶35比例混合烧结成生物活性微孔钛种植体。孔内复合bBMP移植成年狗颌骨与股骨中,经LM、SEM、FM、EDXA等检测.BMP组1周界面出现大量松骨细胞及骨基质沉积,成骨细胞活跃。生物力学测试:2周2.362MPa,对照组4周才达2.214MPa。种植体综合3种材料的优点,克服各自不足,不但可进行切削性加工,制成形态各异植入体。而且还可行颌骨缺损修复。与骨组织通过3相(Tio、HA、BGC)形成化学结合及物理、机械嵌合。BMP的加入使界面成骨活动提前启动和加强,但BMP并未改变种植体内在成分和骨性融合机制。
The biologically active porous implant was composed of TC4, HA and BGC, which weresintered at high temperature( 900 95O℃)and vacuum after being mixed in the proportion of 30 ∶ 35 ∶ 35. Acomposite of this rnaterial and bBMP was implanted in jaw and femur of adult dogs. The amount of car-tilaginous cells and bone matrix formation. and osteoblastic cell differentiation activity were observed inbone interface in experimental groups after 1 week of implantation using LM, SEM, FM, EDXA. The re-sults of mechanical test showed that the shear- stiffness was 2. 362 MPa in experimental groups after 2weeks of implantation and 2. 1 24 MPa in control group,after 4 weeks of implantation. This implant,which possessed added advantages f three different materials, could not only be processed intovariousforms, but also could be used to repair jaw bone defect. This implant had excellent physiochemical combi-nation with bone through three phases(Tio. HA, BGC ). The biological and physical characteristcs of im-plant materalwere expressed in certain exten. The process of osteogenesis had been provoded by BMP inthe composite malerial, but the composition of the implant and the mechanism of osteointegration had notbeen altered.
