脑损伤早期神经细胞c-fos基因表达变化与脑水肿 被引量:11

摘要 采用免疫细胞化学方法(ABC)研究大鼠脑损伤早期神经细胞c-fos基因表达变化,探讨脑损伤时神经细胞c-fos基因表达变化与脑水肿的关系。结果发现,脑损伤后仅0.5h,脑损伤区周围神经细胞中c-fos基因表达已明显,伤后3~6h更为显著。同时伴有相应部位脑灰质及脑白质水含量增加。初步研究结果提示,脑损伤早期神经细胞c-fos基因表达变化与脑水肿的发生有密切关系。 Immunocytochemistry method was used both in the study of c-fos gene expression changein neurons and in the study of the relationship between the changes in neurons and in brain edema follow-ing rat brain injury. The results showed that c-fos gene expression increased significantly in neurons halfan hour after brain injury, and much more significantly 36 hours after brain injury; The water content inthe grey and white substance of brain increased at the same time. These preliminary findings suggest thatincrease of c-fos gene expression in the neurons may be closely correlated with brain edema followingbrain injury.
