采煤机的工作效果主要取决于工作机构的质量,通过研究截煤理论,建立优化截煤机制的规律,对采煤机的螺旋滚筒进行CAD设计,从而生产出比能小、煤尘少、块煤率高、生产率高的工作机构和截割刀具。

The working performance of coal mining machine depends on the quality of working mechanism. By studying the theory of cutting coal ,including the principle,loads and parameters, this paper found the law of opitimizing cutting mechanism, which could produce more blocks of coal with less coal dust.
