摘要
球销零件是球销万向联轴器的关键零件,加工中零件不易夹紧,加工费时费力,存在加工精度差、不易互换等缺点。本设计对工艺进行了改进,设计制造了一套车具及铣具,保证了零件加工精度,提高了生产效率。
The ball pin part is the key part of ball pin universal coupling. There are some disadvantages such as the low precision, consuming-time and so on when processing. The authors improved the technology and designeda set of turning and miller to ensure the precision of the processing and improve the production efficiency.
