摘要
取新西兰兔15只,造成双侧桡骨骨干8mm骨缺损。一侧采用1mm厚壳多糖膜管包绕成管室'状,两端各超越骨断端2mm;另一侧作为空白对照组。术后6周,对愈合情况采用x线及组织学检查,空白组均呈骨不连接,膜管包绕组,在其表面形成薄形、连续性外骨痂,膜管内形成少量骨痂。结果表明,壳多糖对骨组织修复有传导成骨作用。
Eight-millimetre osteoperiosteal defects were produced in both radii of l5 rabbits。 One de-fect was covered with a chitin membrane formed as a tube。 The membrane overlapped the bone ends by 2mm。 The contralateral defect served as an untreated control. Healing condition was analyzed by radiogra。phy and histologic studies after 6 weeks。 All of l5 control defects exhibited nonunion,whereas chitin membrane treated defects consistently healed by forming callus external to the membrane fusing the bone fragments· Loose connective tissue was predominant in the bone fragments and in the bone gap underneath themembrane。 Presumably,the chitin membrane has served as a scaffold for regenerating periosteum。
