冰霜雪眼药水治疗单纯疱疹性病毒性角膜炎的临床研究

Clinical study of ice-frost-snow eyedrope curing herpes simplex virus keratitis

目的观察冰霜雪眼药水对单纯疱疹性病毒性角膜炎作用。方法单纯疱诊性病毒性角膜炎患者73例随机分为冰霜雪眼药观察组和无环乌苷眼药水对照组。治疗前对患者眼部症状与体征进行检查、确诊。结果中药组39例中痊愈26例,30只眼;好转5例,5只眼;无效5例,9只眼;治愈率为70.6%,有效率85.3%。对照组34例中痊愈24例32只眼,好转5例9只眼,无效5例7只眼(其中3例加重),治愈率为70.6%,有效率85.3%(两组治愈率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论在应用冰霜雪眼药水可以对单疱病毒性角膜炎除有效控制外,还能预防复发和退翳作用。

[Objective] It is to observe the curing function of Ice-frost-snow eyedrope on herpes simplex virus keratitis. [Method] 73 sufferers of herpes simplex virus keratitis are divided into 2 groups： the observation group of Ice-frost-snow eyedrope and the contrast group of Acycloir eyedrop. Inspection and diagnosis on sufferer＇ s eyes are made before treatment. [Results] 26 of 39 sufferers were recovered in the Chinese medicine group, 30 eyes; bettering 5 sufferers, 5 eyes; invalid 5 sufferers, 9 eyes; The percentage of curing is 70.6%, effectiveness is 85.3%. 24 of 34 sufferers 32 eyes were recovered. Bettering 5 sufferers 9 eyes, invalid 5 sufferers 7 eyes （including 3 sufferers getting more serious）. The percentage of curing is 70.6%, effectiveness is 85.3% （No obvious differences were found between the curing percentage of two groups. [Conclusion] By using Ice-frost-snow eyedrope ,not only effectively control the herpes simplex virus keratitis, but also has the function of preventing and removing nebula.
