关节内注射壳多糖预防创伤性关节软骨退变的实验研究

INTRAARTICULAR CHITOSAN INJECTION FOR PREVENTION OF TRAUMATICDEGENERATION OF ARTICULAR CARTILAGE: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY

以ＨｕＩｔｈ法建立膝关节骨关节炎模型，术后每隔３周关节内注射２％壳多糖凝胶１ｍｌ，分别于术后４、８、１２周处死动物，作大体标本手术显微镜观察并取股骨内艘软骨标本进行光镜及透射电镜观察。结果显示实验组之软骨退变较对照组明显减轻。２％壳多糖凝胶能有效地减轻关节软骨的退变，降低关节手术后创伤性关节炎的发生率。

New Zealand rabbits were used as animal models for evaluating the effect of intraarticular chitosan injection on prevention of traumatic degeneration of ai-ticuiar cartilage。 The model was established with Hulth technique. Then 1 ml 2%chitosan jelly was injected into the knee joint at the end of theoperation and every three weeks after the operation. The animals were sacrificed at four,eight and twelveweeks postoperatively。 The articular cartilage was examined surgical nicroscope, and the medial femoralcondyle was excised and prepared for the light microscopic and electron microscopic study. There was asignificant delay and lessening of the degenerative changes of artictilar cartilage in the experimental group。These findings indicated that 2% chitosan can allevlate the degeneration of articular cartiiages and reducethe morbidity of traumatic osteoarthritis。
