摘要
利用小鼠闭合伤模型,观察人参茎叶皂甙(GS)对创伤小鼠细胞免疫功能及感染后死亡率的影响。结果显示:GS体内应用不仅对创伤小鼠降低的迟发型超敏反应、脾脏指数、胸腺指数以及受抑的T淋巴细胞转化、白介素2(IL-2)的产生、IL-2受体(IL+2R)的表达均具有明显的拮抗效应,还可明显降低创伤小鼠血清、巨噬细胞、Ts细胞的抑制活性。此外GS有降低创伤小鼠经盲肠结扎穿刺感染后死亡率的作用。提示GS可通过提高创伤后的细胞免疫功能,进而增强机体对感染的抵抗力。
A closed trauma murine model ,was used to observe the effects of ginsenoside (GS) on cellular immune function and mortality after infection. The resuits showed that administration of GS not onlyshowed significant reversing effect on reduced delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH ) response, spleen index , thymus index and on suppressed T lymphocytes transformation , interleukin 2 (IL-2) production, IL-2receptor(IL-2R)expression in traumatized mice,but also reduced obviously suppressed actvities of serum,macrophages, Ts cells after trauma. In addition, GS iowered significantly the increased mortality after infection produced by cecal ligaton and puncture(CLP)in traumatized mice。 It is suggested that GS mayenhance the rpsistance to infection through elevation of cellular immune function after trauma。
