摘要 无缝钢管经过拔制、热处理、冷却等生产工序后会产生弯曲。当管子弯曲度超过一定范围后即不便于进入七辊矫直机矫直,从而影响钢管的正常生产。为此,新余新钢特殊钢有限责任公司钢管厂新设计装配了1套气动初矫正机械,对钢管进行初矫正。安装使用后,满足生产需求,并使单机产量提高12%以上。 During the process of seamless steel tube manufacturing, after the operation steps namely, drawing, heat treatment and cooling, the product normally becomes bent. In case the bent is beyond a normal range, it will be hard for the tube to get through the 7-high straightener, influencing the normal cycle of the production negatively. Addressing this problem, a pneumatically-operated pipe pre-straightening aggregate is designed and installed by and located at the Steel Tube Plant, Xinyu Xingang Specialty Steel Co., Ltd. Actual operation result shows that the said pre-straightening machine is capable of meeting the production demand, having the productivity of the individual operation line increased by over 12%.
