摘要
在文献资料研究的基础上,通过专家咨询调查和教育经验总结对中学体育教师的素质结构进行了深入的调查与分析;并提出了中学体育教师综合素质的培养途径与方法。
In this paper, we have studied P. E. teachers＇ quality- oriented structure of middle school in the 21 st century by the literature study, specialist consultation and education summary; and we have put forward some channels and means of the quality - oriented training.
