酵母细胞中辅酶Ⅰ含量的分光光度测定法 被引量:5

摘要 采用分光光度法测定了酵母细胞中辅酶Ⅰ(NAD+/NADH)的含量.结果表明:辅酶I浓度在一定范围内,吸光度随辅酶I浓度呈线性变化.建立了标准曲线和回归方程.方差检验证明该方法简便,快速,准确可靠,精密度高. A spectrophotometric method of quantification of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide was introduced.The result showed that the absorbency was variable with the different concentration of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. The standard curve and regression equation were established. Variance test proved the method was simple, reliable, rapid and exact.
