微波水解法制备纳米氧化锡气敏材料 被引量:6

Preparation of nanosized SnO_2 gas sensitive materialsby means of microwave hydrolysis

摘要 采用水解法制备纯SnO2纳米材料,通过正交实验优化了合成条件,并对比了恒温水解与微波水解的特点.使用TEM,XRD对材料形貌和晶体结构进行了表征,采用静态配气法测试了制备材料的气敏特性.结果表明,采用微波水解法可以获得均匀细小的SnO2纳米材料,使合成反应的时间大大缩短,成胶的反应物浓度增大,生产效率明显提高. Pure nanopowder SnO2 materials were prepared with hydrolysis. Its experimental conditions were optimized by crossed-experiments. And the advantages of hydrolysis under constant temperature and microwave were compared. The structure and composition of the fine materials were analyzed according to TEM and XRD results. And their gas sensitive characteristics were also measured by static distribution. Experimental results indicate that preparation of SnO2 under microwave hydrolysis has some advantage, such as smaller particle size,quick reaction speed, high reactant concentration and high productive efficiency.
