摘要
针对目前小型实验用制冷装置采用压缩式制冷方法存在温度控制精度不高等缺点,采用排气旁通方法结合电加热补偿的方法,对小型实验用制冷装置进行了改进.实验结果表明:通过控制电磁阀平均开启时间,从而调节制冷剂旁通流量,可将被冷却物的温度波动控制在0.6℃以内,如使用电加热补偿,可将温度波动控制在0.3℃以内.
For the small type refrigeration device used for experiment has the defect of low precision, which used the compression method to refrigerate, the method of exhaust by-pass combined with electrical heating is advanced to improve the nature of the device, The test result indicates that controlling average, trigger action time of the solenoid valve to adjust refrigeration by-pass vapor quantity, the temperature fluctuation of the cooled object can be controlled in 0.6℃. If electrical heating combination is used, the temperature fluctuation of the cooled object can be controlled in 0.3℃.
