摘要
采用激光多普勒血流仪观察大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后局部脑血流量(rCBF)变化,同时测定脑脊液(CSF)、血浆、下丘脑、大脑皮层、小脑及延髓中内皮素(ET)含量。结果发现,rCBF在SAH后呈双相变化;SAH早期,ET在CSF、下丘脑及血浆中含量就明显增加,且在CSF和下丘脑中的变化早于血浆,ET在CSF中的变化与下丘脑中的变化明显相关。提示:ET是SAH后继发脑血管痉挛(CVS)的早期重要因素;CSF中ET增加比血浆中ET增加具有更重要的病理生理意义,CSF中ET来源于下丘脑而不是血浆。
We used laser- Doppler flowmetry to observe the regional cortical blood flow(rCBF) after experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH)in anaesthetized rats and simuItaneously assayed the contents of endothelin (ET) in cerebral- spinal fluid (CSF),plasma, hypothalamus, cerebral cortex, cerebel- lum and medulla.There was a biphasic change in rCBF after SAH,The contents of ET in CSF, plasma and hypothalamus rose prominently in the early stage after SAH , and the increase of ET in CSF and hy- pot helamus was earlier than that in plasma。 The changes of ET contents in CSF correlated well with that in the hypothalamus。 Our results suggest that ET is an early important factor which induces CVS after SAH; The increase of ET in CSF, which may be originated from the hypothalamus rather than plasma might play a more important role in the development of CVS after SAH。
