空气暴露、生理盐水及壳多糖溶液对兔关节软骨超微结构的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以健康新西兰兔为实验对象,对膝关节软骨表面分别以生理盐水和1.O%壳多糖溶液持续滴注1或3h,取软骨作扫描电镜观察,并与空气暴露组及自身正常软骨对照。研究结果表明,空气暴露可导致严重软骨损害,生理盐水组3h后出现较明显的关节软骨超微结构改变,而壳多糖组无明显软骨伤害。 The purpose of this experimental study was to evaluate the effects on articular cartilage af- ter being exposed to air, normal saline and chitosan solution, utilizing the scanning electron microscope (SEM).12 New Zealand rabbits were used. The surfaces articular surface of rabbit knee joints were irrigated continuously for l or 3 h with norn1al saline or l.0% chitosan solution and then the articular cartilage were examined with SEM。 The results were compared with the cartilage exposed to air and also nornial articular cartilage, The results of the study indicated that exposure to air seriously damaged the articular catllage irrigation with norn1al saline for 3 h produced significant abnormal appearance in ultrastructure of the cartilage surface. No signigicant damage to the articular cartilage after it was irrigated with chitosan。
