双极射频治疗在耳鼻喉科疾病中应用的护理

目的探讨耳鼻喉疾病患者采用双极射频治疗效果和护理经验。方法应用双极射频治疗仪治疗慢性咽炎咽滤泡增生320例,扁桃体肥大82例,慢性肥厚性鼻炎110例,鼻腔出血8例,并进行专科护理。结果经13个月观察治疗效果显示,治愈率高,均无并发症。结论双极射频治疗仪是治疗耳鼻咽喉疾病中的一种操作简便,无副损伤,无需住院,医疗费用低的理想治疗方法,结合加强专科护理,有助于提高治疗疗效。

Obective To explore the curative effect and the experience ot nursing Dy uslng the bipolar radio frequency to the patients of otorhinolaryngologic disease. Methosds Three hundreds and twenty cases of retropharyngeal lymph follicular hyperplasia in chronic pharyngitis, eighty two cases of hypertrophy of palatine tonsil, one hundred and ten cases of chronic hypertrophyic rhinitis and eight cases of epistaxis had been treated by using the bipolar radio frequency ,and given the special nursing at the same time. Results The curative effect had showed the hight special sanative ratio and no complications during the follow-up period for thirteen months. Conclusions Bipolar radio frequency apparatus is operated simply and has no concomiatant lesion in treationg othorhinolaryngologic disease, patients needn＇t to be hospitalized and pay low medical cost, with strengthening the special nursing ,the curative effect will be helpful to enhance.
