超声引导在经阴道宫腔手术中的应用价值

Appliance Value on Intrauterine Operation via Vagina by Way of Ultrasonic Leading

目的通过实时经腹超声引导进行经阴道宫腔手术,减少宫内操作的盲目性,减少子宫的损伤,避免子宫穿孔的发生。方法对118例高危、困难的宫腔手术实行全程监视。结果118例困难宫腔手术,成功率100%,未出现子宫穿孔及其它并发症。结论实时经腹超声引导经阴道宫腔手术,使高危、复杂、困难宫腔手术变得安全、简单、方便、时间短、直观、实用性强。

Objective To reduce the blindness of intrauterine operation and the trauma of uterus, to avoid uterus perforative by abdomen ultrasonic leading intrauterine operation via vagina. Method Implementing whole course watching on ll8 cases of critical, difficult intrauterine operations. Results Success rate of operation reached lO0 percents , no uterus perforation or other complications happened. Conclusion It can make critical, complex, difficult intrauterine operation secure, simple, convenient, rapid, audiovisual, practical to implement abdomen ultrasonic leading intrauterine operation via vagina.
