碘仿糊剂治疗下颌乳磨牙龋源性髓室底穿通的探讨

Study of Treating Carious Mandibular Primary molar in Perfora- tion of Pulp Bottom with ZOE Iodoform Paste

目的探讨下颌乳磨牙龋源性髓室底穿通保存治疗至替牙期方法。方法采用降低咬合,去龋制洞,在预备根管同时清除髓室穿通处腐质,碘仿糊剂根管充填一次法并覆盖髓室底穿通处,氧化锌丁香油粘固剂(ZOE)试填2周后,复合树脂修复牙体。结果患牙36颗经保存治疗,随访一年,成功率91.67%。结论下颌乳磨牙龋源性髓室底穿通儿童患者经过保存治疗患牙能恢复正常咬合关系至替牙期。

Objective To study a better methods for treating primary molar in perforation of pulp bottom. Methods Tooth decay was removed follow the routine clinical procedure, then the root canals were prepared and filled with ZOE idoform paste. After two weeks filled therapy of tooth with resin-based composite. Result Among the selected＇36 primary molar one year after operation. The success rate was 91.67%. Conclusion After the treatment, tooth function recovered.
