灯盏细辛注射液配合氟桂利嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕38例

Chusheyong Dengzhanxixin combined with tablet flurizine in the therapy of vertigo caused by vertebral basal arteries circulation insufficiency (33 cases report)

目的探讨灯盏细辛注射液配合氟桂利嗪片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法将38例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的患者分为两组,观察组患者用灯盏细辛注射液40ml+0.9%InjNS250mlivdrip配合氟桂利嗪5mgbid,而对照组用复方丹参注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250ml静脉滴注。结果观察组与对照组有效率有显著性差异(X2=7.69;P<0.01)。结论灯盏细辛注射液配合氟桂利嗪片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效显著,且副作用少,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chusbeyong Dengzhanxixin combined with the tablet flurizine in the treatment of vertigo caused by blood supply insufficiency of basal vertebral artery system .Method 38 cases of vertigo cases caused by vertebral basal arteries blood supply insufficiency were divided into two groups. Observation group use Chusheyong Dengzhanxixin 40ml 0.9%inj , normal saline 250ml iv drip and combined with flurizine 5mg bid ,Control group use Danshen dizhuye injectio 20ml add 596 glucose and normal saline 250ml iv .Results The effectiveness of Observation group and control group had meaningful difference （p〈0. 01）.Conclusion Therapeutic effect of Chusheyong Dengzhanxixin combined with tablet, flurizine in the therapy of vertigo caused by blood supply insufficiency of vertebral basal arteries were conspicuous , less side effect and worth spreading.
