摘要 介绍了一种新研制的带式送料器检测仪,其通过视觉处理手段,高速、高精度地完成对带式送料器的工况检测,及视觉系统的组成,给出了镜头、摄像机、光源的选型原则,并详细说明了视觉处理算法。实际产品测试表明,检测精度达到亚像素级,单个料孔的检测时间小于100ms。 A new tape & reel feeder vision tester is introduced. By virtue of methods of vision processing, the test of work condition of a tape & reel feeder can be achieved with fast-speed and high-accuracy. To introduce the composition of vision system and give the choosable principle of type of lens, camera and light resource. Meanwhile, vision processing algorithms are explained in detail. The tests of products have demonstrated that the accuracy reaches to rate of sub-pixel and the test time of single hole is less than 100 ms.
