家用除铁净水器的研制

STUDY ON DOMESTIC FILTER FOR REMOVING IRON IN DRINKING WATER

家用除铁净水器有效高度为４００ｍｍ，容积４．３Ｌ，每小时出水量３０～４０Ｌ，一步运行在除铁的同时还能除锰，解决了除铁装置不能除锰的难题。对ｐＨ值、溶解氧浓度、色度、水温等影响因素进行了试验。结果表明ｐＨ值在５．５以上，溶解氧浓度在２ｍｇ／Ｌ以上，色度在５０°以下对除铁除锰效果无明显影响。经现场试用，原水舍铁量９ｍｇ／Ｌ可连续使用２３ｈ，５ｍｇ／Ｌ可连续使用５３ｈ，３ｍｇ／Ｌ可连续使３００ｈ，处理后水铁锰含量均符合国家饮用水卫生标准。

Its rateof flow is 30～40L/h,The exoerimental results showed that it runs well underthe operation condition as following. pH value over 5.5,water temperatureover 5 ℃,concentrations of dissolved oxygen ovgen over 2mg/L,and colority be- neath 50 units in raw water.The factors mentioned above had no significanteffect on removing iron and manganese in raw water.By field test.it couldcontinuously treat the water containing iron 9mg/L for 23h,or 5mg/Lfor 53h,or 3mg/L for 300h.Iron and manganese concentrations in waterafter filtration met the national health standard of drinking water.
