摘要
本研究揭示飞行员心理应激水平与１６－ＰＦ的Ｃ、Ｈ、Ｌ、Ｏ、Ｑ＿２、Ｑ＿４有显著或高度显著相关性，与ＳＣＬ－９０总分及９个因子均呈高度显著正相关；与社会支持以及睡眠质量也呈高度显著相关。多因素分析揭示诸因素交互作用下对飞行员心理应激水平影响的程度依次为：ＳＣＬ－９０．总分＞Ｃ＞Ｑ＿４＞Ｇ＞Ｈ＞Ｅ＞Ｑ＿１＞Ｑ＿２＞Ｌ。

psychological stress of 188 pilots and its effect on Cattell' s 16 Per-sonality Factors
Questionnaire were evaluated, It was found that the psycho- logical stress was correlated to
C,H,L,O,Q_2,Q_4.The Study also show-ed that there was significant relationship between
psychological stress andSCL- 90 scores,social support,sleep quality. It was uncovered in a
multiplefactors analysis that the main factors which contributed the psychologicalstress of
