For a long term, the spacious castern oilfields have been the “Major Battlefield”for oil and gas production in China. Xinjiang with abundant resource will have played as a strategic succeeding area. While the output of the eastern oilfields decreasing year by year and imported oil dependency rising up to 45% in China. Xinjiang has become the focus concerned by the government and the petroleum enterprises.
