In June 22, a ground breaking ceremony was warmly held for Qingdao Refining Project. It marked that the construction of Qingdao Refining Project have entered into a fast progressing period, and that the construction of a ten-million-ton refinery “being the first level in the world and taking the lead in China”in the 21st century have been completely launched.
