摘要
Sinopec International PetroLeum Exploration ＆ Production Corporation （SIPC）, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec Group, was founded in January, 2001 in Beijing with a registered capital of RMB 5.6 billion. It is responsible for overseas investment and management of petroleum exploration and production for Sinopec Group. Its main activities are to conduct oil and gas exploration, development and production, to look for investment, opportunities all over the world, and to exercise an integrated operation, and management on overseas petroleum E＆P projects, including existing ones run by the Group.
