E-钙黏素和基质金属蛋白酶9与胃癌浸润转移的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨E钙黏素(ECad)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)表达与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化(SP)法检测ECad和MMP9在80例胃癌中的表达水平。结果胃癌与癌旁正常组织中ECad和MMP9的表达均具有显著性差异(P<0.01),在胃癌组织中ECad的表达较正常组织显著降低,而MMP9的表达较正常组织显著增强;ECad、MMP9的表达水平与胃癌的分化程度无关(P>0.05),与胃癌的浸润深度、病期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论ECad和MMP9的检测可以成为临床判断胃癌的恶性程度、转移及预后的重要参考指标。 Objective To investigate the role of the expression of E-cadherin(E-Cad) and matrix metalloproteinnase-9(MMP-9) in careinogensis and progression of gastric carcinoma. Method The expression of E-Cad and MMP-9 was studied with S-P immunohistochemical method in 80 specimens of gastric carcinoma tissu. Results The expression of E-Cad and MMP-9 between gastric carcinoma and normal tissu was significantly different( P〈 0.01 ). The expression rates of E-Cad in gastric carcinoma were lower than normal tissu, but MMP-9 were higher. The expression of E-Cad and MMP-9 was not related with cellular differentiation( P 〉0.05). But it was closely related with the invasion depth, stage and lymph metastasis( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The detection of E-Cad and MMP-9 expression may be helpful to judge the malignant behavier, metastasis and pronosis of gastric carcinoma.
