论网络教育专职教师队伍建设

On the Establishment of Full-time Teacher in On-line Education

目前从事网络教育的教师都是普通高校面授教师兼职,专职教师很少。本文分析了网络教育教师的特点和素质要求,认为有必要建设一支专职的网络教育教师队伍。进而从专业结构、技能结构和数量结构三方面论述了教师队伍建设问题,并提出了充分调动网络教育教师积极性的措施。

Nowadays, full-time teachers of on-line education are insufficient, instead mainly part-time ones. Based on analyzing the specific characteristics and requirements of on-line education, this paper argues the necessity of establishing a professional, full-time on-line education teacher team. Further more it analyzes the possible problems of establishing such a team from the structural perspectives of professions, techniques and quantities. Finally, it puts forward some measures to motivate the dedication of the team.
